Dr. Jain partnered with us to streamline her client onboarding and expand her offerings with a new group coaching program tailored to parents, teens, and young adults. Her primary website was built on WordPress, but she needed a more agile platform to support dynamic funnel design and a seamless user experience. We implemented Systeme.io to bring her vision to life—building multiple, purpose-driven funnels that aligned with her audience’s needs and supported her business growth.
Goals & Deliverables
Dr. Jain's main priorities were clear:
- Streamline the signup and onboarding process for 1:1 coaching services
- Design and launch a group coaching membership for parents and Gen Z clients
- Build custom landing pages with strategic payment plan options
- Launch a live workshop funnel and an interactive quiz to drive traffic
- Create a cohesive, professional experience across multiple offers

Dr. Jain serves multiple audiences—parents, teens, and young adults—with very different needs. We needed to create distinct user journeys and messaging for each, while maintaining a consistent brand experience. Working within the limitations of her existing WordPress site, we also had to ensure all external funnels integrated smoothly with her broader online presence.

- Built custom funnels in Systeme.io to simplify tech while enhancing design flexibility
- Designed unique landing pages for Parent and Teen Coaching with tailored copy and visuals
- Integrated strategic payment plans for accessibility and ease of conversion
- Launched a new membership site for group coaching inside Systeme.io
- Created a quiz and live workshop funnel to attract and engage new leads
